Meditation, for me, allows me to process the raw data that is the relationship between my body and heart (feelings). Quite often, my feelings are based on lies that my body is just used to.
Meditation helps me to clear the fog so I can see clearly what it is I want. Every time I arrive at that point, I am re-inspired for my goals. I pay less attention to what I want now and invest more effort and energy in what I want for life.

It is a powerful thing to be so healthy, so strong of will, so disciplined and appropriately mindful and relaxed enough to CHOOSE the things you NEED to do.

If one can take that courageous step and look inside themselves, truly search for self-understanding. Discover what is at our core belief system - not be afraid of it, have the courage to change it, put in the effort and energy to change it to what we want, do the WORK required as an extension of that choice - then we can really start to make a difference in our lives.
The heart, it seems, is at the heart of everything we do. The mind is simply the processor and intermediary between our internal and external world. The body is the vessel that contains ‘us’ and therefore must be kept healthy, strong and flexible so that it may do the ‘work’ we want it to do.
The mind decides how to use the body to do the hearts work.
Go hard. It’s your body. Build it to be nutritionally unstoppable or affected by disease, fatigue or emotional crap from external influence or internal weakness.
No one else can make choices for you. Many can teach, but only YOU can understand then apply.
Be strong! One day of juicing is not hard. Strong mind equals strong body. It has to start in the mind.

If you want to feel good in the morning, you need to start with the night before, and then commit to a morning routine that brings contentment, energy and focus.
